addressed by Her Majesty's Acting Consul at Nagasaki to the Colonial Secretary informing him that under the warrant of the Which Judge of the Supreme Court of Japan he had sent one Albert Müller Mong thong for trial on a charge of murder on the high seas.
The papers transmitted with the warrant having been referred to the Acting Attorney General that Officer gave it as his opinion that in lieu of procedure under the depositions taken in Japan the case should be reopened at the Magistracy in Hongkong.
